Low or Zero Carbon (LZC) Feasibility Studies

Photovoltaics / Solar Panels / Combined Heat and Power (CHP) / Wind Turbines / Heat Pumps / Biomass Boilers/ District Heating

The feasibility of Renewable Technology opportunities is fundamental to the development of new sites/buildings and, in-fact, is a requirement of Building Regulations Compliance

Regulations 25A has been added to the Approved Documents for the Conservation of Fuel and Power Part L1a (New dwellings) and Part L2a (New buildings other than dwellings). Regulation 25A requires, prior to the start of works, analysis which considers the feasibility of decentralised energy supply systems, cogeneration, district or block heating or cooling, and heat pumps. Analysis must be made available to Local Authorities for verification purposes

We provide a comprehensive feasibility assessment process which meets the requirements of Building Control Bodies, Planning Departments and BREEAM.   This assessment will review the potential for application of all relevant LZC technology forms.

If you are considering the application of  a specific Renewable Technology in order to reduce energy and environmental consumption we can tailor the feasibility study to an investment grade level with indicative costing and projected savings.
