We are registered SAP assessors for new build domestic properties. By undertaking SAP assessments we are able to produce EPCs at Design and As-Built stages. These documents are required for all sales and lettings on new builds.

The SAP assessment is also an integral component of the Building Regulations Part L submission. As Energy Assessors we can work with you to ensure that the property is fully compliant with Part L of the Building Regulations.

The SAP process at the Design Stage will involve us reviewing your plans and specifications and modelling the building energy/environmental performance according to the design. This process will involve the generation of SAP documents required by the Building Control Bodies (BCB).

At the 'As-Built' stage we will model the construction according to the finalised construction and issue the required SAP documents for the BCB.
